    Overall excellent preowned condition  Fully tested and working.  Works great for connecting up to four vintage Video Game consoles or other devices to one TV.  Includes both Composite (RCA) and S-Video inputs and outputs!  To my knowledge, I am pretty sure that it will also convert any of the 4 inputs to Coaxial (Cable) for Channel 3/4 use
